Hydration: Besides what you measured, there is water in food (higher intake) and you lose another 700 cc in sweat and breath (water vapor), called insensible loss. Fortunately, your body has excellent mechanisms to control this through thirst, kidney regulation, etc. But some people tend to "forget to drink" and get a bit dry. Try to make a point to push fluids periodically and let your body do the rest.
