It may be due to water loss through perspiration. 3-4 times a day is not too little. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. It will help with constipation as well. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Wish you good health!
