Complex ?s/answers: They don't give us enough room here to give your questions justice. There are many factors involved in aging. We can't stop it but can slow it. Good idea to age or to stop it? Li ching-yuen who died in 1933 may have lived 256 years! see http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/li_ching-yuen

Yes: Considering all scientific discoveries including telomerase activity by elizabeth blackburn ( nobel prize winner) finding a way to stop or even reverse the process of aging is quite possible. There are a few theories regarding the aging process and we can at least slow it down by healthy diet ( paleo diet) exercise and taking the right supplements and of course hormone replacement therapy if need.

You can slow aging: There is a new field called anti-aging medicine. We know why people decline as they age. Hormones, good diet, exercise and nutritional supplements slow aging and lessen diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer and alzheimers.
