I had a smegmal cyst under my foreskin for thirteen years. a few years ago i started feeling terrible sensations. had the cyst removed but the bad sensations still happen. no idea what's causing it or how to make it stop. what could it be?

I've had no experience with this type of cyst, but wonder if some nerve damage occurred during surgical removal of the cyst. The operating surgeon could advise you best about this matter and perhaps give you a prognosis.

you had your surgery after you had the bad sensations so it is not from surgery. See a Urologist who should examine the area thoroughly to find the cause
