If you enjoy: The feeling, you may continue on as you are. I don't know what kind of anxiety disorder you have. As someone who suffered from anxiety since childhood, with a combination of gad, ptsd, and eventually sad, i must say that I do not for a day regret the time i went for treatment around age 31. I never want to go back to feeling anxious again. My quality of life is so much better now in all ways.
