None: First of all you should get a complete physical exam. If it is negative consider yoga, exercise or meditation, all of these help anxiety.

Yes, it was : Psychiatrists work with varying degrees of emotional problems from anxiety which is fairly simple 2 more complex issues. Unfortunately, many people attach an outdated stigma 2 seeing a psychiatrist (or psychologist) as a sign that they must b "crazy." in actuality, our fields r resources which can help all people maintain mental health and resolve emotional issues so they can lead happier lives.

If you enjoy: The feeling, you may continue on as you are. I don't know what kind of anxiety disorder you have. As someone who suffered from anxiety since childhood, with a combination of gad, ptsd, and eventually sad, i must say that I do not for a day regret the time i went for treatment around age 31. I never want to go back to feeling anxious again. My quality of life is so much better now in all ways.
