ihave bad anxiety and i keep thinking that i have rabies to the point i have symptoms of it. i know i don't have it. doctor gave me meds. what cani do?

Psychiatric help: You need mental health help. Despite your logical knowledge that you don't have rabies, you still feel like you have it. Explanations that you don't have it and multiple reassurances probably won't help. You need to understand why you feel this way, and take steps to change it, through medicine and/or psychotherapy.
