Probably arthritis.: Sclerosis means excessive loading of the joint, as seen in arthritis. One may or may not have pain /stiffness with it. These are fairly stable joints with thick ligaments around them, but with injury(ies) can develop arthritis, causing pain, tiredness etc. See a spinal doc..
