CBT,Exercise: Mirtazapine is an atypical antidepressant drug. As an antidepressant, it has not been very effective as monotherapy. It is used more as an appetite stimulant in smaller doses and as a hypnotic in bigger doses. The only "natural" antidepressant is st. John's wort but it hasn't been very effective in m y experience. How about cognitive behavior therapy along with exercise ? It works.
