Weight: Many slight women carry pregnancies. Sometimes, if the baby cannot descend and be born naturally, the woman has to have a c-section. Regular exercise during pregnancy can help with labor.

Not necessarily: A woman's height and weight are poor predictors of being able to carry a baby and deliver it vaginally. Almost any small woman can get pregnant and carry a baby safely. External measurements don't say what the internal measurements of the pelvis are. If a woman has had a fractured pelvis then i'm concerned about her being able to carry a baby. Some women need cesarean and deliver safely.
