Cramps: Cramps can be as simple as being dehydrated as well as more complicated like electrolyte imbalance. You don't state if you take diuretics or not which can help cause this too. If adding 6 glasses of water per day doesn't help , see your podiatrist or family doctor. If you are hypertensive consult family doc before adding water.

Consider taking: Magnesium supplements you may have a magnesium deficiency. This could be checked with blood work but make sure to evaluate the magnesium levels in red blood cells.
