Blood pressure: It seems obvious that you are under a blood pressure problem. Your medicine may have to be adjusted . Your cholesterol has to be controlled. Ask your urologist what is about the results of the kidneys exams. Sometimes rapid pulse is compensatory to a heart condition. See a cardiologist asap.

Pulse: There are several reasons for having rapid pulse. Pulse increases during activity or excitement for example. However for abnormal rapid pulse there are several rhythm disturbances that can cause it.
