Timing: Is the application of the cosmetics following by the symptoms you are experiencing? If you stop the cosmetics for a couple of days and wash off what is there, does the symptom go away? Are there allergic symptoms elsewhere on the face and are you sort of an allergic person anyway? You might need the advice of a dermatologist or an ophthalmologist if the symptoms persist.
