White bllod cell: White blood cell count of 12, 000 is minimally elevated. It can be caused by many things such as viral flu, infections, dehydration, pain, etc. You need to ask your doctor who ordered the testing ; knows your medical history if this minimal elevation means anything for you. I cannot tell here with no medical history ; no backgroind.
