Fun ones: Exercise is the best medicine. Getting a good night sleep, eating 6 healthy meals to keep blood sugar stable, relaxation and vividly imaging positive experiences all lower stress and help bones. An easy exercise is pretend skipping rope using big arm movements to expand the chest wall and improve blood flow and oxygenation. This can be done for a few minutes at a time but very frequently.
