Bone Scan...: It means that the rest of the skeleton is normal. Axial skeleton usually refers to the skull, vertebrae (spine), and ribs. Appendicular basically refers to arms, legs, and pelvis.

Rest of bones normal: Wording of "remainder" in report strange unless it initially mentioned in report some abnormality. The entire skeleton consists of appendicular and axial skeleton.
