Please Clarify: If a man has a problem getting or maintaining an erection this is usually more about his mind than his body. If he can get an erection with other sexual activity then the vaginal sex you allude to may be the issue. But, without the man there is little more i can comment on. Perhaps he needs to see his family doctor or therapist.

Don't think so: Edd is incapability of achieving erection. So both ways orally and vaginally does not work..
