Many:: Physical risks of surgery: infections, injury to other internal organs (bladder/intestines), bleeding (risk of needing blood transfusion), hernia formation, changes in sexual function, risk of onset of urinary leakage, risk of nerve injuries, risk of changes in hormone function (even if pt keeps their ovaries), scar tissue ; /or pain after surgery. To name a few. These aren't common, but possible.
