See below: The first part of your question is unclear. You may consult this site for early signs of cancer, however, if you have any concern, it would be prudent to see your doctor. The usual signs are lump in the breast, nipple discharge, changes in skin over the breast, enlarged lymph glands in axilla etc. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/breast-cancer/ds00328/dsection=symptoms.
