How do you treat pain in ovary area during sex?

Positional change: "Women are the superior sex" The ovary is gravitationally dependent and will fall behind the vagina (cul de sac) when a woman is lying on her back during intercourse and be repeatedly struck during intercourse by "the space invader". That sensation is the same as a male being struck in the testicles. Change positions as indicated in my first sentence(woman above) to resolve this issue.
