May be unrelated: Painful intercourse from an enlarged ovary is possible and usually positional. The cervix may be what is being hit and uncomfortable for you. If your enlarged ovary is cystic and producing hormones, it could affect your libido but i'd say your libido is decreased because of painful intercourse.
