If on suboxone: it's because you have a problem with opioids, and you are being treated for it. So you should NOT stop your Suboxone and you should NOT take the hyrdrocodone. Buprenorphine has a blocking effect on other opioids, to the point where routine doses of hydrocodone or oxycodone are likely to have little or no effect for several days after stopping. Talk to your provider about relapse&more counseling.
