Call a therapist: Call and make an appointment with a therapist. You can also speak to a hot line like the good samaritans hot line until you can see a therapist. Consider seeing a psychiatrist as well and start on medication to relieve some of the depression as yoiu begin to work with a therapist in talk therapy. It will get better, good luck.
