Yes!: There are a lot of things, including support groups and exercise. Support groups are all over and you can most likely find free and supportive comradery there. I understand you might be disabled, but there are always some exercises you can do to help release endorphins and decrease depression. Also, as hard as it is to be disabled, know how important you still are and that people care about you!

Disability.gov: The government is a great resource of information for those on disability. You can find resources for mental health, physical health, job rehabilitation, grants for education or job training, just about anything you can imagine. Go to gov.Com or usa.Org or disability.Gov. These sites will keep you busy for awhile! it may help you get into therapy asap as well. A support group may help. More if a vet!
