Surrender Script: I would suggest honesty is always the best policy and the most likely you have an opiate contract with the pain clinic you will want to honor in order to keep your relationship with the doctors there. Generally if you have on old script, i would suggest disposing of it or surrendering it to the clinic so they can adjust your medication as seen fit.
