Can you tell me how i can recover from bullying?

Bullying : Bullying can be a form of emotional and verbal abuse. Severe bullying for some can be quite traumatic and even result in PTSD. Seeing a therapist and getting involved in support groups can be helpful to learn to talk about it and cope. Would consult with a doctor if mental health symptoms arise.

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.

Complex Treatment: Bullying seems to be more frequent probably because the interdiction to the internet has made available to everyone without being identified. Recovery is certainly possible and can be done with some help from a mental health person. Self esteem is often shattered and will take time to recover with support of your professional.
