Tough call: At 41 years old, your parents probably feel that you should be taking care of these things on your own, and paying for them, too. At least your profile says you're 41. If you are by chance a minor, then you'll have to work something out with your parents, or wait until you are over 18 and can pay for it yourself.

How Old R U?: If you are under 18, i would actually suggest standard braces. Many kids lose invisalign trays at school/friends houses, etc. If you are older, i would have them consider what you do professionally and how the appearance of braces may impact your job. Sorry if its not the answer you hoped for!
