Rates vary from : State to state. Dr's are not allowed to discuss their rates with other doctors. You. Will have to call various doctors and pharmacies to find out about cost. Government rules. I don't get to write them, i just get to follow them. You may get some idea and a cost reduction coupon at www.Goodrx.Com as far as the pharmacy is concerned.
