Some cardio as well-: -as really stressing your muscles. I assume you mean 5 stations and multiple reps @ each, preferably increasing the weight with each round. You finish as many reps as you can @ each. About 30 rest after each round. It's a fast & vigous workout. 5=5 stations & usually 8-10 fast reps @ each.
