Can you tell me how do 10mg hydrocodone compare to 15mg oxycodone?

Stronger: 15 mg of oxycodone will be almost double strength of hydrocodone 10mg. I would avoid making that much of a jump as a physician and your prescribing physician should consider this a fairly large jump. Be careful of extra sedation or respiratory issues, as well as increased constipation. Discuss with your physician to be sure he wanted to increase this much.
