Behavioral change: For long-term control, slowly reduce the size of meals with portion control. Replace high calorie foods with lower calorie foods. Do away with sugar soda/drinks and go with light drinks/sugar free/tea/water. Keep track of calorie intake with a logbook or application. Regular exercise allows better use of energy and tends to curb appetite. Don't eat when you aren't hungry; no junk food at home.
