Public vs Private ?: I'm not sure what you mean by private dentists, unless you are comparing those having their own offices vs those working for the government ? If so, compensation varies widely since "public" dentists have negotiated contracts, with benefits, vs private offices that sometimes can't turn a decent profit. In general, compensation = experience ; determination to succeed.
