Many things: Most importantly you need to be acutely aware of what "triggers" your hunger. Once you have identified that you may be able to work around those respective issues to avoid any "unnecessary" eating. Otherwise, keep food out of sight. And anything that you enjoy doing that keeps you distracted is a plus, whether it's listening to music, reading, exercising, etc, may help work through cravings
