It is good: Range of motion is also a good exercise for your stiff ankles, but have them evaluated by a podiatrist / foot and ankle specialist... You may need to see a rheumatologist to make sure the stiffness is not caused by a systemic problem such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Ankle: The range of motion is simply good for it . But, as stated an exam to be sure it isn't something else is on order.
