We all forget things: Sometimes. Anxiety makes it worse. Be patient with yourself and usually you will remember what you seem to have forgotten. You could speak with a psychologist about relaxation techniques that could help reduce your general level of anxiety and perhaps the frequency of memory lapses would lessen.
