Yes: The FluMist is an influenza vaccine that protects against the same 3-4 strains as the injectable influenza vaccine. Studies show some differences in effectiveness between the 2 forms of the vaccine between different age groups but clinically insignificant. Mist is approved for ages 2-49. Get whichever form you prefer or what is available. Essentially equal.
