Food discipline: Wow, this is a hard question! start with plenty of physical activity to keep metabolism active, and try to eat small, frequent snacks of protein and fruits and vegetables (almonds, walnuts, yoghurt, blueberries, apples, etc) which will maintain blood sugar and prevent extreme cravings. Don't severely restrict foods, but try to think carefully about portions and avoid emotional/stress/bored eating!
