Eat 5x/day.: Each meal should be 400-500 calories or thereabouts, and mixed with lean proteins, complex carbohydrates and fiber (in your case, fiber should total 50 grams daily). Separate meals by 2-3 hours, and try not to eat within 4 hours of going to sleep.
