I am having oral surgery on wisdom tooth, should i be concerned?

No : Extracting wisdome teeth is like any other dental procedure performed or done under anesthesia . Oral surgeons are trained for the procedure and they are very efficient at it . The dr usually inform you if there any concern , i.E the approximate postion of the tooth to the nerve or other factors.

Depends: Whether or not you should be concerned about the removal of your wisdom tooth may depend upon the position and development of your tooth, if you have any underlying medical or physical problems that could increase your risk of undergoing surgery, as well as who is performing your surgery and the type of anesthesia or sedation to be used.
