I have a large pannus. i get frequent skin yeast infections. what could be causing this & what is the best method to treat?

Weight loss: Obviously weight loss to get rid of the pannus is the ideal method. Topical antifungals to treat the acute infection and then using zeasorb powder which is anti-fungal in nature to prevent recurrence in -between the folds with a cloth, etc. Between folds to keep moisture down.
