Yes,but: Is the diagnosis being used properly ? Ad(attention deficit) hd(hyperactivity disorder implies both are ongoing. You can have ad without hd. So if you have no hd features, the label is wrong, but some often lump the two together as if they were the same.

No: only 25% of children with ADHD are hyperactive. the initials are a misnomer. As children who are hyperactive grow up, the hyperactivity tends to resolve, eventhough their problems with attention and focus remain.
