Wait. : It is normal to have a cyst on your ovary during the first trimester of pregnancy. They are called corpus luteums and sustain early pregnancies. They usually resolve by about 16 weeks of pregnancy.

Ovarian cyst: Taking medicines is not going to help get rid of the cyst. The most common simple cyst if pregnancy is called a corpus luteal cyst. It is very common. It most frequently goes away on its own. Very rarely is surgery necessary.
