will lipo 6 hers ultra concentrate work for 16 year olds?

Dr. Robert Alexander

Not likely long-term: A better approach to weight control is use of smart diet and regular exercise program. Use of 'fixes' rarely work, and are relatively expensive for what you get. You should be careful to eat 3 meals a day, and usually feature high protein, select carbohydrates, and low fat. At sixteen, it is usually a problem of poor eating habits, choosing junk foods and relative inactivity.
