Weight loss: A 12 to 24 pound weight loss over that period would be more reasonable. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of physical exercise.

Medical supervision : Rapid weight loss can be damaging to the heart and other vital organs as muscle tissue can be converted for energy when losing weight too quickly. I would urge you to lose weight under medical supervision to ensure you progression is reasonable and healthy.
