Can you tell me if bullies really care about anyone or are they just plain sadistic?

Sadistic: I'm tired of reading apologies for their behavior, and about people pitying them. There are ways of avoiding being targeted, but ultimately the bullying problem will be solved only by adults willing to take decisive action to protect children from behavior that in adults would be prosecuted as criminal.

Inferiority: Believe it or not, bullies tend to have inferiority complexes, often from having been bullied themselves. and yes, it can continue into adult life. Tell someone you know and trust about the bullying. Keeping it inside does no good.
