A member asked:

I just started the university, and i have adhd. how do i work with my adhd without meds?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Check w/disability: Office at your university. With a letter from your doc, they can offer services such as extra time for test-taking, tutoring, coaching, management strategies, etc. Why don't u want to take meds? If they helped u study in the past, u may be making your college experience harder than it has to be by not taking them. This new venture can be stressful and this will make it harder to concentrate.
