Yes: Adhd can be effectively managed with therapy and/or medication. Also, a lot of adults can manage their adhd well. There are a lot of successful people with adhd.

Sure, with supports: Colleges and universities require documention of an adhd or learning disability diagnosis by neuropsychological testing done within 3 years of admittance. The student has to apply for academic support for the specific impairments his/her adhd causes. Schools that receive federal funds are legally required to provide accomodations. Private schools often do, but are not obligated.
