"Adderall feeling"?: You have not described this "adderall feeling" you're getting. But if Adderall is making you jumpy or agitated, xanax (alprazolam) may temporarily suppress this. However, if having difficulty with Adderall i recommend discussing it with your prescribing physician instead. This can be addressed without adding a potentially addictive medication like xanax (alprazolam).
