Hard to say: Many mouth breathers may have obstructive sleep apnea, which can lead to serious heath problems if not appropriately diagnosed and treated. On the other hand, something as simple as enlarged nasal turbinates could be the cause—easily corrected. Start with your primary care giver, and plan on breathing easier!
