Not necessarily: Your symptoms are non-specific.. A urine pregnancy test will help answer your question. If you are very concerned about diagnosing a possible pregnancy your doctor can do a blood pregnancy test that is even more accurate than a urine pregnancy test. Neither are expensive tests.
