Not recommended: Tramadol and alcohol are depressant of the central nervous system. Mixing tramadol with alcohol could lead to drowsiness to severe depression of brain activity, coma, and ultimately death. Tramadol has a prolonged half-life about 7 hours. It is still in your system for at least 10 hours. Is not recommended.

Do not drink on it: Generally avoid: alcohol may potentiate some of the pharmacologic effects of cns-active agents. Use in combination may result in additive central nervous system depression and/or impairment of judgment, thinking, and psychomotor skills. www.drugs.com. Also, there would be an increased risk of seizures with the two.
